On Tuesday, December 12th, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Dohrer, occurred a very pretty wedding, at which about one hundred relatives and nearest friends were Present. The wedding march was played by Maeda Schroeder, of Intake, Mont., and the bridal couple were led by two little girls, Florence and Nieda Dohrer, acting as ring bearers, attended by Miss Alvina Elvers, a sister of the groom, and Joseph Winkler. The impressive double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Franke of the Ev. Frieden's Church of Elkader, of which the bridal couple are both members. The out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Wesselmann, Mr. and Mrs. Klatt and Mrs. E. Winkler. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Elvers left on Thursday for Intake, Mont., to spend the holidays with Harry Stemmer and wife, cousins of the groom.
