Heckerson - Uhl marriage - 1911

At the home of the bride's parents, on Monday evening, April 24th, occurred the marriage of Miss Bertha Uhl to Frank Heckerson, Mayor Easton officiating. The bride has been engaged in the millinery business with her sister for a number of years and is a young lady held in high esteem. Mr. Heckerson is an electrician and came here last September, being employed by the Ames Engineering Co. He is a man of steady habits and has many friends in Strawberry Point.
