A very quiet wedding occurred last Friday evening at the M. E. parsonage when Rev. Turner united the lives of Miss Edith Wallace and Mr. Harold Kramer. They were attended by Miss Helen Tucker and Mr. Lennie Gibbs. The bride for the past five years has been the music and mathematic teacher in our public school. She is a young lady with a host of friends. It was here while she was teaching that the romance started which has culminated in the taking of the marriage vows. The groom is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Kramer, with good habits and like the bride has many friends. He has been employed in the Schoeppe meat market for some time. After the ceremony congratulations were extended and Mr. and Mrs. Kramer had intended to sneak out but someone got next and "spilled the beans" and they were treated to an old fashioned chivari which was taken good naturedly and the treats set up, then Mr. and Mrs. Kramer left at once for Rhodes to visit with her parents after which they will return and occupy part of the G. A. Kamoss house. The many friends here of these young people wish them a long and happy married life.
