The marriage of Miss Florence Duwe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Duwe, of Guttenberg, and Mr. Emmet Rademacher, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Rademacher of Garnavillo, took place at Dubuque on Wednesday, January 27, 1926. The couple returned to Guttenberg at noon of their wedding day, and a fine wedding dinner was served at the bride's home. The bride is a young lady of many accomplishments and is loved by all in this community. She is a graduate of the Guttenberg high school, of late being successfully engaged as a teacher in the rural schools in Clayton county. She is highly qualified in every respect to preside over a home of her own and will make a loving wife for the young man of her choice. The groom is one of Clayton county's progressive young farmers and is a man of sterling integrity and worth. He has won the respect of all who have had the pleasure of making his acquaintance, and is well worthy of his chosen bride. Mr. and Mrs. Rademacher will go to housekeeping on a farm near Garnavillo and the best wishes of their numerous friends go with them on their journey through life.
