Olson - Houg Marriage - 1932

St. Olaf: On Saturday, July 9, occurred the marriage of Juliette Houg and Vernie Olson, Rev. S. J. Strandjord officiating, at high noon in the Norway church in the presence of immediate relatives and friends. The bride was attended by her sister Myrtle, and the groom by his brother Gerhard.

Before the ceremony a vocal duet was sung by his sister Lillian Houg and Mrs. Ben. Fuelling.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christ Houg, and the groom a son of Mr. and Mrs. Knut Olson, and both are well known in the community. After the ceremony a bounteous wedding dinner was served to 30 guests at the home of bride's parents.

We join in wishing them happiness in their journey through life together.
