Wherry - Roberts Marriage - 1932

Last Tuesday at Waterloo in the Presbyterian church occurred the marriage of Mrs. Caroline M. Roberts of this place and John A. Wherry of Maquoketa. The wedding luncheon was served at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Charles Kinniburgh.

Mrs. Wherry is well known here and has a large circle of friends. Mr. Wherry is the owner of the Decker hotel at Maquoketa and operated it until a few years ago. After a visit with the bridegroom's brothers, Arthur and Emory Wherry, at Pawnee City, Neb.,, they will return to Maquoketa to make their future Home. Congratulations are extended to them by their friends.
