From the Dubuque Telegraph we clip the following: "The home of Fred Heller, 2292 Couler avenue, was the seen of a pretty wedding at 8 o'clock Thursday evening, when Geo. M. Jacobs and Miss Lizzie Kieckbush were joined in wedlock. The ceremony was performed by Rev. H. Ficke in the presence of a number of friends and after congratulations had been bestowed on the couple a wedding feast was served and an evening of enjoyment was spent by all present. Both the bride and groom reside at Guttenberg where Mr. Jacobs is engaged in business. The bride is the daughter of a well to do farmer residing near that place, and both enjoy the good will of a large acquaintance in that town."
