Berns - Waterman Marriage - 1901

Chas. Berns went to Benton county about two weeks ago and has returned accompanied by a bride, thus surprising his friends. March 7th, 1901, occurred the marriage of Chas. Berns and Miss Anna Waterman of Luzerne, Iowa. The bride is a daughter of Henry Waterman and wife, and is a highly respected lady. The groom is a son of Chris Berns and wife and is a fine young man, and can be proud of the fair bride he has won. They returned from Luzerne last week, and were tendered a reception at the home of the groom. The guests enjoyed the occasion thoroughly and returned home in the wee sma' hours wishing them much joy during their wedded life.
