Houg - Nelson marriage - 1921

Mr. Ole Houg and Miss Clara Nelson left a week ago Sunday from St. Olaf, the former saying he was taking a vacation, but since we have heard it was a honeymoon. These two were married in the Lutheran church at Decorah on Monday and left from there by train for Minneapolis for a short honeymoon. Miss Nelson, formerly of Marion township, is well known in this community, having clerked with the Jacobson firm of St. Olaf a couple of years or more where she also made a host of friends. Mr. Houg is in the hardware business at St. Olaf and is a man of sterling qualities as is known by all his associates. We wish this worthy couple a prosperous and happy wedded life.
