Hartbeck - Robinson marriage - 1935

Edgewood: Miss Lesta Fern Robinson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Robinson of this place, and Glen R. Hartbeck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hartbeck of Strawberry Point, were married Monday, July 15th, in the Methodist church in Galena, Ill. The service was read the young people in General Grant's pew, the pastor of the M.E. church officiating. Miss Mildred Hartbeck, sister of the groom, and Wayne Seedorf of the Point were the attendants. Mrs. Hartbeck is a graduate of the class of '34 of the Edgewood high school, and Mr. Hartbeck is a graduate of the class of '32, Strawberry Point high school. The best wishes of the community are extended to this young couple.
