Miss Ethel Herman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Herman of Highland, and LeRoy Meyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Meyer of Elkader, were married at six o'clock services in St. Joseph's church at Elkader on Wednesday morning, June 26. They left on a short motor trip and will afterwards be at home on a farm near Elkader. Mrs. Meyer was well known here, having spent several months in the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Jane Hummell.
