Guttenberg - Miss Pearl M. Tackman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Tackman, of Clayton township, and Mr. Raymond L. Jost, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Jost, of Clayton township, were married at Garnavillo last Wednesday.

On Wednesday evening a shower and dance were held in honor of the newlyweds at the Lakeside pavilion in Guttenberg, and Sunday a reception was tendered them at the home of the bride's parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Jost will make their home on a farm and the best wishes of a host of friends go with them on their journey through life.
