Pfrommer - Brady marriage - 1949

Strawberry Point: Miss Pauline Brady, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Brady of Edgewood, and Arthur Pfrommer, son of John Pfrommer Sr., were married Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m. in the Emanuel Lutheran church. The Rev. S. J. Meyer read the double ring ceremony. Mrs. Donald Chevalier, sister of the bridegroom, sang "I Love You Truly" and "Because."

Attendants for the bridal couple were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ingles of Greeley, brother-in-law and sister of the bride. Ushers were Vivian Weyant and Ilo Rowell of Edgewood.

Following the ceremony, a reception was given in the church parlors for 75 relatives and friends.

The bride is a graduate of the Edgewood high school and has been employed in the Strand café there. The bridegroom is a graduate of the Strawberry Point high school and has been employed here by the M. J. Goodrich company.

Following a short wedding trip the couple will reside in Strawberry Point.
