Weger - Glass marriage - 1924

Last Wednesday afternoon in the Lutheran church occurred a pretty June wedding when Miss Mary Glass became the bride of George Weger, Rev. Fritchel officiating in the presence of near relatives and friends. They were attended by the bride's brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Lorenz Glass. Miss Lillian Wesender presided at the pipe organ while the bride's nieces, Irma and Ruth Glass, sang "Oh Promise Me." Congratulations were extended the happy couple after which they returned to the groom's home on west Mission street where they will reside.
