Allert - Ulrich marriage - 1906

On Wednesday, Nov. 28th, 1906, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ulrich, Sophy Ulrich was united in marriage to John Allert by Rev. Bartz. About two hundred relatives and friends were present to witness the happy event. After the ceremony the guests were conducted to the dining room, where they were served with a bountiful dinner. A feature of the evening was the excellent vocal and instrumental music furnished by James Ulrich and Anna and Alma Schneider. Mr. and Mrs. Allert will make their home on the Korte farm west of Giard.
