The marriage of Emma Johnson, of this city, and Joseph Zeman, of Prairie du Chien, was performed at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Johnson, at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, by Rev. J. Janzig, of St. John's Lutheran church. The couple were attended by Clara Johnson, sister of the bride, and Ed Zeman, brother of the groom. The ceremony was witnessed by immediate relatives and a few intimate friends of the bride and groom. A wedding dinner was served at noon and at 1:30 Mr. and Mrs. Zeman were escorted to the depot by the relatives and guests and left on the afternoon train for Prairie du Chien, where they will settle down to married life, the groom having employment there in the Iroquois button factory.
