Koehnle - Schelland marriage - 1883

KOEHNLE, SCHELLAND

Married- At the residence of the bride's parents in Elkport, Mr. Christian Koehnle, of Dubuque, to Miss Louisa Schelland. A large number of friends from Dubuque, Earlville and other points were present at the ceremony. After the usual congratulations a sumptuous repast was served to which all did ample justice. The bride has hosts of friends in this vicinity who will wish her and her husband a long and happy wedded life. They were the recipients of many valuable and useful presents. They have gone to Dubuque, which place will be their future home.
