Mr. William Whitmarsh, of Buffalo Grove, Buchanan county, and Miss Emma Andrews, of Strawberry Point, are to be married at the residence of the bride's mother, this afternoon. Miss Andrews has a number of friends in Elkader, who will join with us in wishing her and her husband much happiness.
