Gossman - Bachus marriage - 1883

Married- At the German Lutheran church, in Clayton Center, on the 11th inst., by Rev. F. W. Seifert, Mr. Christian Gossman to Miss Louise Bachus, both of Read township. After the ceremony, which was witnessed by a large number of friends and relatives, a splendid dinner was served at the residence of the groom's parents. After receiving the congratulations of the friends present the newly married couple left for their future home in Lyon county.
