Congdon - Howard Marriage 1903

Elkader Register, Thur., 17 Sept. 1903.

At high noon today a pleasing ceremony occurred at the home residence of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Williamson. It was the marriage of their daughter, Miss Hattie R. Howard to Wm. O. Congdon, M.D., of Cuba, N.Y., Rev. G. W. Baxter performing the ceremony in the presence of the family and a few intimate friends. The bride is a most worthy young lady and has many friends who will unite with us in extending hearty congratulations. Mr. and Mrs. Congdon left for the east this afternoon.
