Elkader Register & Argus, Thur., 22 Aug. 1912. In the Garber column.

Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 13th, at Elkader, occurred the marriage of E. J. Waterman to Miss Leta D. Smith, Rev. Franke officiating. We join their many friends in extending congratulations and best wishes for a happy wedded life.
