Lemuel Bailey marriage 1863

Married in Prairie du Chien, Wis., on Wednesday, May 13th, Mr. Lemuel Bailey to [Miss N. Ash----], both of Clayton county, Iowa.

Mr. Bailey is a member [illegible] of all Arts and has been a consultant in the Journal office for over a year. Our young friend has the best wishes for his future welfare. May “his imprints” be numerous may the “form” never be “pied”, and his “new editions,” present a “clean proof”.
