To the Honorable the United States District court of Eastern District of Washington, Spokane
The petition of Henry Joshua Lyons, Residence, Spokane Co. Wash., hereby files respectfully sworn
(1) My place of residence is P.O. Adress, Clayton, Wash. (2) My occupation is Farmer
(3) I was born in Elkport, Iowa on December 10, 1866. My race is English
(4) I declared my intention to become a citizen of the United States on November 25, 1927 in the U.S. District Couurt of Eastern Dist. of Wash., at Spokane, Washington
(5) I am married. The name of my wife is Winnifred Evelyn Lyons, we were married on November 18, 1891 at Elkport, Iowa. She was born at Norfolk, Nebraska on June 11, 1873; entered the United States at Eastport, Idaho on May 28, 1927 for permanent residence thereto, and now reside in Spokane County, Washington, P.O. Address Clayton Washington. I have 5 children, and the names, dates and places of birth of said children are as follows: Arlonzo, born Aug. 1892 at Elkport, Iowa; now resides Leedale, Alberta, Canada; Sevilla, born Aug 21, 1895 at Elkport, Iowa; now resides at Everett, Wa; Orval, born Nov 25, 1903 at Springdale, Wn., now resides at Marysville, Wn; Mildred, born Mch 28, 1910 at Lousana, Alta; now resides at Spokane, Wn.; Willis, born June 6, 1913, at Lousana, Alta, now resides Spokane Co. Washington.
(6) My last foreign residences was Lousana, Alta, Canada. I emigrated to the United States of America from Fernie, B.C. Canada. My lawful entry for permanent residence in the United States was at Eastport, Idaho, under the name of Henry Joshua Lyons on May 28, 1927, on the vessel - by auto.
