THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, Milton Richmond do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with E. S. Durham, of Forrestville, Iowa, and that he is at least 25 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Mary E. Richmond of Strawberry Point, Clayton County that she is at least 21 years of age...

Subscribed an sworn to before me, this 21st day of December A. D. 1891. E. F. Sias, Deputy Clerk of the Court.

License Issued for the Marriage of E. S. Dunham and Mary E. Richmond on the testimony of Milton Richmond

CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE.
To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 22nd day of December A.D. 1891, at W. F. Richmond residence in said county, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Marriage E. S. Dunham and Mary E. Richmond.
