Lucetta (Hammond) Schrunk immigration 1854

HAMMOND, HAMMAN, HAMMANN, SCHRUNK

Lucetta (Hammond) Schrunk and her family arrived at the Port of New York on May 29,1854 departing from Liverpool, England on the passenger ship CONTINENT.

The family was identified on the passenger manifest as Johann Hammann 48, Margaretta 48, Heinrich 20, Johan 16, Maria 13, Lucetta 6. There was also Doris or Dora Hammann 10 (or 10 months) with them that I was not able to find in the US.

The family information matches the 1856 Iowa census for Jefferson Twp, Clayton Co data with the exception of Margaretta and Dora.
