I, J. M. Lillibridge do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with Henry W. Lillibridge of Delaware County, Iowa, that he is at least 21 years of age; and that I am aquainted with Lottie Clough of Clayton County, Iowa; that she is at least 18 years of age... J. M. Lillibridge

License Issued for the Marriage of Henry W. Lillibridge and Lottie Clough on the testimony of J. M. Lillibridge....
LICENSE IS HEREBY GRANTED to any person authorized to solemnize Marriages according to the laws of said State, to join in Marriage Henry W. Lillibridge and Lottie Clough...
