I, Milton Richmond do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with E. S. Durham of Forrestville, Iowa, that he is at least 25 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Mary E. Richmond of Strawberry Point, Iowa; that she is at least 21 years of age; that neither party is married at the present time...
