THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, Milton Richmond do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with E. S. Durham of Forrestville, Iowa, that he is at least 25 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Mary E. Richmond of Strawberry Point, Iowa; that she is at least 21 years of age; that neither party is married at the present time... Milton Richmond

Subscribed an sworn to before me, this 21 day of December A. D. 1891. E. F. Sias, Deputy Clerk.

License Issued for the Marriage of E. S. Durham and Mary E. Richmond on the testimony of Milton Richmond

CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE.
To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 22th day of December A.D. 1891, at W.F. Richmond in said county, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Marriage E. S. DUNHAM and MARY E. RICHMOND.
