I, Jacob Smith do solemnky swear that I am acquainted with F. S. MOSER of Dundee, Iowa, that he is at least 26 years of age; and that I am aquainted with Mary MOYEL of Strawberry Point, Iowa, that she is at least 19 years of age; and that neither party is married at this time. Jacob Smith
