Funeral services for Clara R. Knudson of Linn Grove, who died Saturday, February 13, at the Spencer hospital following a short illness, were held Monday at two o'clock at the Trinity Lutheran church in Linn Grove with Pastor Paul Peterson officiating.
Interment was in Barnes Township Cemetery with the Henry Funeral home of Sioux Rapids in charge.
Casket bearers were Ernest Sundberg, Oswald Sewalson, Nolan Nelson, Bertel Lyster, Darrell Jessen and Everett Hanson
Clara Knudson was born near Linn Grove on June 5, 1898, the daughter of Emma and Oliver Knudson. She was baptised and confirmed member of the Trinity Lutheran church. All her life was spent in and around Linn Grove.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by one brother, Sever of Sioux Rapids; five sisters, Mrs. LeRoy (Beda) Myer of Peterson, Mrs. Harold (Evelyn) Garringer of Sioux Rapids, Mrs. Lyle (Corrine) Maxwell of Cherokee , Mrs. F.N. (Berniece) Budolfson, Minneapolis an d Mrs. F.W. (Wilma) Budolfson, Minneapolis; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
