Services for Florence Eva Wright, 73, of Everly will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Hope Lutheran Church at Everly. Pastor Roger Hanson will officiate and burial will be at the Lone Tree Cemetery
She died January 8 at the Longhouse Residence
Bearers will be Jerry Scharnberg, Leland Thuirer, Kent Smith, Kenny Burger, Dale Ott and Orlan Ott
Honorary bearers will be Eldo Scharnberg and Tom Smith
Wright was born March 28, 1906, in Clay County, the daughter of William and Lena (Bandholdz) Ott. She received her education in the Everly Community
She married Robert Wright on July 21, 1942 in Jackson, Minnesota. They lived in Spencer for many years, moving to Everly in 1942.
She worked for five years at the Everly Drug Store.
She was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church in Everly and VFW Auxiliary.
In 1978 she moved to the Longhouse Residence
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Frances Scharnberg of Spencer; one brother, Alvin Ott of Bluegrass
She was preceded in death by her husband on September 24, 1976; three sisters, Caroline, Anna and Lillie; four brothers, Herman, Walter, Harry and Clarence
The Warner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
