Funeral services for Ferdinando Wiese, 96 of Everly, will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St Mary's Catholic Church in Everly. Father Thomas Munn will officiate and burial will be in the Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly
Mr. Wiese died Wednesday at Longhouse Residence in Spencer
Mr. Wiese was born October 9, 1879 in Keystone, the son of Klaus and Matilda Wiese.
He married Lillie Grendler on February 12, 1918 in Everly
He was a retired famer
Survivors include his wife, Lillie; one son, Donald Wiese of State Center; 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; one sister, Amanda Johnson of Washington
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, four brothers and one sister
The Rosary will be recited Thursday at 8 p.m. at the Warner Chapel.
The Warner Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements
