Funeral for Ed N. Schoelerman, 76, of Everly will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Hope Lutheran Church in Everly. Dr. John M. Jensen will officiate
Burial will be at Lone Tree Cemetery at Everly
Bearers will be Stanley Schoelerman, Don Schoelerman, Robert Steuben, Darrel Scharnberg, Olin Peters and Jim Mills
Honorary bearers will be Jack Schoelerman, Rodney Hilbert, Ronald Steuben, Frank Patton and Arlo Peters
Mr. Schoelerman died Monday at Hartley Community Hospital
He was born December 10, 1897, to Peter Frederick and Katie (Jansen) Schoelerman at Everly
On April 6, 1921, he was married to Elsie Scharnberg at Spencer
Mr. Schoelerman was baptized and confirmed on May 31, 1925 and wa sa member of the Hope Lutheran Church. He was a director of the co-op elevator for a number of years and was director of the United Telephone Company of Everly for 30 years. He also was a member of the church council a number of years.
Mr. Schoelerman was a farmer
Surviving are his widow, Elsie; a son, Robert of Everly; three grandchildren; two brothers, Reimer and Art both of Everly and a sister, Mrs. Peter Steuben of Everly
Warner Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements
