Funeral services for Glenn DeWall, 62, of Milford were conducted on Monday, October 24 at 3 p.m. at the Union Memorial Church in Milford. The Rev. Allen Wiese officiated the service

Pallbearers; Don Heikens, Herb Birchard, Dick Beving, Elmer Dykstra, Art Reiser, Dale Heikens

Honorary Pallbearers: Eite Roskens, John Schoorman, Walt Johnson, Myrl Olson, Bernard Roberts, William Hollmer

Interment was at the North Lawn Cemetery at Spencer

Glenn DeWall was born to Harvey and Isabella DeWall on September 16, 1921

He married Hazel Thomsen at the Little Brown Church on October 26, 1942 and to this union born one child

Glenn farmed in Clay and Dickinson counties all his life. He was a member of the United Methodist Church

He passed away on Friday, October 21, 1983, at his home in Milford

He is survived by his wife, Hazel; his daughter, Mrs. Gary (Kay) Strube of Estherville; and his mother, Isabella DeWall of Milford

He was preceded in death by his father

The Leyson Funeral Home of Milford was in charge of the arrangements
