Word has been received here of the death of Glenn C. Treon, 78, Arcadia, Calif., who died Sept. 6, following a long illness.
He was born in Patterson, Iowa, June 4, 1895, the son of Daniel and Sarah Treon. He received his formal education in Fairfield and followed his profession as a draftsman until his illness in 1955.
He was married Feb. 12, 1938, to Lora M. Harrison of Ringwood, Ill. In August 1951 they moved to California residing in Arcadia since.
Memorial services were held at Monrovia, Calif. today.

Coordinator's note: Research has proven that the deceased was born in "Peterson" rather than "Patterson" Iowa. Peterson is in Clay County and this obituary has been moved from Madison County to the Clay County obituaries.
