Funeral for Donald Crowl, 50, of Anaheim, California, formerly of the Spencer area, was held Saturday morning from Warner Chapel in Spencer. Dr. Fred Shultz and the Rev. Mark Sullivan officiated

Burial was at North Lawn Cemetery in Spencer

Bearers; Thomas Rieck, Roger Rieck, Ivan Kruse, Ervin Kruse, Gary Long, Eugene Grodahl

Mr. Crowl died Monday at Martin Luther Hospital at Anaheim

He was born February 26, 1928 to LeRoy and Emma Kruse Crowl at Greenville

On June 19, 1949, he was married to Arlene Turnquist at Spencer

He moved at an early age to the Moneta and Everly area, where he received his education. He was electrical supervisor for Disneyland for 15 years

Mr. Crowl was a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict

Surviving are his widow, Arlene of Anaheim; a son, Donald of Anaheim; a daughter, Mrs. Larry (Barbara) Royer of Riverside, California; two grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. LeRoy Crowl of Spencer and two sister, Mrs. Alvin (Cleo) Rieck of Ocheyedan and Mrs. Clark (Betty) Chickering of Milford

He was preceded in death by his father in 1969

Warner Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements
