April 5, 1994Lillian Beck, 74, Spencer, died Tuesday, April 5 at the Spencer Municipal Hospital.
Funeral services will be held, Friday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, Spencer with the Rev. Gordon Watson officiating.
Casket Bearers: Bert Coffey, Ruby Fitzloff, Jackie Heilstedt, Janell Holstad, Jackie Hart, Sharon Lachner.
Honorary Bearers: Jim Coffey, Don Fitzloff, Eldon Holstad, Marv Schumann, Murrary Hart.
Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery, Spencer.
Lillian Margaret Beck, the daughter of John and Anna Anderson Bielfeldt, was born February 4, 1920 in Moneta. She received her early education in Everly and graduated from Lake Center High School.
On September 10, 1940, she married Clatence Beck in Rock Rapids. Following their marriage, the couple lived on a farm near Spencer.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and WOTM, where she held several offices including senior regent.
Mrs. Beck was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sisters, Tillie, Elsie and Edna; and one brother, John.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Diary of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Patricia Deiter and her husband, Paul of Colorado Springs, Colorado; four grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and one brother, Wilbert Bielfeldt of Ruthven.
Warner Funeral Home of Spencer in charge of arrangements.
