1981Services for Rose Marie Berenger, 55, of Spencer, will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer. Father Clem Currans will officiate.
Interment in Northlawn Cemetery.
Casket Bearers; Terry Hott, Tim Yeager, Gary Lundquist, Gary Weiskircher, Charles Norgaard and Ronnie Fitzloff.
Honorary Casket Bearers; Harold Sembach, Pete Norgaard, Albert Pullen, Dale Asmussen, Larry Morisch and Clifford Britton.
Berenger was born February 22, 1926 in Milford, the daughter of French and Rose Ann (Baschke) Yeager. She spent her childhood in Milford, where she received her early education in the Catholic Schools. She later attended school in Spencer.
She married Wayne Berenger on February 22, 1928 in Spencer, where she was a member of the Sacred Heart Altar Society.
Berenger died Friday at the Marion Health Center in Sioux City.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Bernard.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne of Spencer; one son, Rober L. Lewis of Spencer; four grandchildren; three brothers, Michael Yeager of Milford, Henry Yeager of Spencer and Robert Yeager of Houston, Texas; and one sister, Mrs. Mary Schroeder of Milford.
Warner Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements.
