July 26, 1969Funeral for Max Frederick Barth, 70, of Spencer, will be Tuesday, July 29, 1969, at 2 p.m. at Warner Chapel in Spencer. Rev. David Barnes will officiate
Burial will be at Northlawn Cemetery
Mr. Barth died Saturday, July 26, 1969, at the Spencer Municipal Hospital
Mr. Barth was born, June 4, 1899, in Everly, to Frederick and Matilda (Klett) Barth. He lived in Everly and Spencer during his life
He married the former Mary Lock on October 11, 1922 in Spencer
He was member of the First Christian Church and the Eagles Lodge.
He worked for various plumbing firms in Spencer until his retirement in 1964 when he became self employed
Mr. Barth is survived by his widow, Mary; one son, Richard of Terril; two daughters, Velma (Mrs. Howard Gannon) and Shirley (Mrs. Leo Thoreson) both of Spencer, 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren
Warner Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements
