Mrs. Nels Anderson died at her home in Meadow township last Thursday, aged seventy years and twenty-one days. She was born in Denmark, her maiden name being Kirsten Larsen. She was married to Mr. Anderson November 13, 1869, and to them seven children were born, three daughters being dead.

They came to Chicago in 1877 and lived there until 1881 when they moved to Meadow township, and she has resided there until the time of her death.

Mrs. Anderson was a splendid wife and mother, and a highly respected neighbor. She will be missed in church work, and neighborhood affairs.

The funeral was held Monday afternoon at the Danish Lutheran church in Meadow township, Rev. Soholm of Royal and Rev. J.O. Thrush of this city officiating. The interment was in Riverside cemetery.
