After an illness of sometime with appendicitis, Harry Charles Anderson died at the Spencer hospital on Saturday, January 31, 1920.

The lad was the son of Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Anderson of Garfield township and at the time of his death was fifteen years, 11 months and 24 days of age. He had spent practically all his life in Clay county with his parents on the farm near Webb. Funeral services were held from the home on Monday afternoon and burial was made in the Garfield township cemetery.
