Mrs. John Runkle died at her home just north of town Wednesday, July llth. She had been in ill health for some time. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon from the Congregational church, Rev. Deakin having charge of the services. Interment was made at Riverside cemetery at Spencer. Besides the immediate family and relatives, Mrs. Runkle had a host of friends who will miss her sadly. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of the entire community.
