February 9, 1914-January 21, 1998

Elsie Mae Heikens, 83, Westiminster, Colorado, died January 21, 1998, following a short illness.

Memorial services were held January 27, 1998, at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Burial will be Thursday, April 30, at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, near Fostoria.

E. Mae Heikens was born Elsie Mae Krambeck on February 9, 1914, on a farm near Fostoria. She attended schools in Spencer and graduated from Spencer High School.

On January 31, 1935, she married Leonard Heikens.

Mrs. Heikens held a clerical position with the United States Government at the Denver Federal Center. She was an active member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, Westminster, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one brother.

Mrs. Heikens is survived by one brother, Dr. Vernon Krambeck of Fort Dodge.
