Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the First Reformed Church for Mrs. George Winterboer, who passed away at the Spencer hospital Friday.
Anna Winterboer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.S. Meyer, was born on May 25, 1893, on a farm north of Everly where she lived until her marriage to George Winterboer, March 6, 1913.
They became the parents of seven children, who are Eva of Sioux Falls, Hannah, Mrs. Ray Carter of Worthington; Dorothy, Mrs. Arthur Heerde of Archer; Esther, Mrs. Gene Eno of Hialeah, Florida; and sons, Raymond of Brewster, Minnesota; Marvin of Minneapolis and Warner of Everly.
Also surviving are three sister, Mrs. Dick Roskens, Mrs. John Beving and Mrs. Conrad Winterboer and two brothers, Lubert Meyer of Spencer and Ben Meyer of Everly. Thirteen grandchildren also survive.
Rev. Peter Yff officiated at the funeral services.
Pallbearers were nephews; Carl Winterboer, Robert Meyer, Harold Meyer, Dick Beving, Herman Winterboer and Harvey Meyer.
Interment was made in the Church Cemetery.
