Services for Frank Miles 67, of Dickens will be Thursday at 10am at the Warner Chapel of Spencer. The Rev Kenneth Suetterlin will officiate and burial will be in the Dickens Cemetery. Mr Miles died Sunday at his home.

Bearers will be Tom Traugher,Richard Hott,Jim McMicheal, Nels Krogh and Miner Rinken.

Mr Miles was born April 11, 1911 at Fonda, the son of James and Ida May Sheare Miles. He moved with his parents to Emmetsburg where he received his education. He married June L O'Clair on August 31, 1941 at Dickens. They lived in Dickens. He was an Army Veteran of WWII, returning to Dickens. He worked at the coal yards in Emmetsburg before joining Spencer Foods where he worked for 22 years.

Survivors include his widow, June of Dickens; one son, Dennis Miles of Spencer; two daughters, Mrs MaryAnn Kladstrup of Arnolds Park and Tammy Sue Miles of Dickens; one grandschild. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter June Marie Miles; one granddaughter Melisa Lynn Kladstrup; nine sisters and three brothers.
Military Services will be conducted by the Dickens American Legion Post 194.

The Warner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
