Anton Hanson died at his home in this city last evening from injuries received in a collision last Friday night. On the evening in question Mr. Hanson and Chas. Collester were riding their bicycles on Bender avenue in opposite directions and in the darkness did not see each other, coming together with considerable force. Both received a hard bump on the forehead but on Monday Charley was able to go to school while Mr.Hanson grew worse until last evening when he passed away. Mr. Hanson was engaged in the boot and shoe business in Spencer and was a young man with a bright future. He leaves a wife, one brother, Ole Hanson, of this city; two sisters, Miss Trena Hanson, of this city and Mrs. Jo. Robins, of Le Mars and numerous other relatives and friends to mourn his departure. Funeral services will be held next Friday at the M. E. church.
