Marvin Scharnberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Scharnberg, of Everly, passed away at his home on Sunday, June 6, at the age of 11 years, 10 months and 18 days.

Marvin Scharnberg was born on July 18, 1914, at Everly, Iowa, where he has spent his entire life. He was taken ill last July and has suffered ever since. He was taken to Sioux City and Colfax, Iowa, and all that human hands could do was done for him.

He leaves to mourn their loss his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Scharnberg, his sisters, Mildred and Nora, his brother, Clarence and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at the Lutheran church at Everly at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon, in charge of Rev. Fred Roloff. Interment was made at Lone Tree cemetery.
