James E. Gary, living five miles southeast of Everly, died Saturday morning and was buried in Everly Monday afternoon, the funeral services being held in the Methodist church of Everly.

Mr. Gary was about fifty years of age, and had been sick for some time. He leaves a wife, a daughter, who is a teacher in the schools of the county, and two sons. He was a well liked neighbor, and will be missed by a host of friends.
