Lydia Ann Fallon was born near Greenville, Dec. 16, 1877, and died at the home of her father, J.N. Fallon, Feb. 6, 1919, age 41 years, 1 month and 21 days. At the early age of twelve years she gave her heart to her Savior and was a member of the Methodist church. Tho always frail physically, she was very ambitious and did her duty in every way she could. No one knew her but to admire her patience and kindness. She had been in poor health for the past three months but patient and loving to the last. Her mother died twenty-nine years ago. Three sisters and five brothers preceded her. She leaves one brother, James, and one sister, Mrs. Sarah Cady of St. James, Minnesota. One half-brother, John and a half-sister, Bessie, beside her father, to mourn her loss. Many friends of the bereaved family extend their sincere sympathies.
