Mrs. Anna E. Annett died at her home in Boise, Idaho, October 28, 1925. Her death was due to a stroke of paralysis. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, November 1, 1925. Six nephews acted as pallbearers.
Mrs. Annett was born in Washington county, Wisconsin, September 30, 1852, and after teaching school a number of years in Clay county she was united in marriage to Wm. C. Annett. They then took a homestead in Sioux township where they resided for several years and later moved to Spencer. In 1898 the family moved to Boise, Idaho, where Mr. Annett's business was located.
She was a true member of the Baptist church and the Rebekah lodge. She was a true Christian, a splendid mother and faithful friend, and she will be greatly missed.
She leaves to mourn their loss her husband, Wm. C. Annett, and four children: Leslie R. and Charles Annett, and Mrs. Ruth Ellie and Mrs. Helen Friedlein, also two brothers and three sisters: Samuel Thompson of Dickens, Mrs. Rhoda L. Culver and Mrs. Ellen Buck of Spencer, Iowa, Mrs. Emma Varney of Bismarch, North Dakota, and Wm. H. Thompson of Boise.
