Lillie Varney, 1866-1902

Thursday morning, February 27th after a brief illness passed from this life to a better, Mrs. Lillie Varney, wife of C. M. Varney, of Lake township. Funeral services were held a the house last Sunday and interment was had at Riverside cemetery in this city. Deceased was a lady possessed of many excellent traits of character and had gathered around her a large number of warm friends. She leaves a husband and three children and they have the sympathy of all in their sad bereavement.
